Pigment Yellow 181 affords reddish yellow shade, exhibits excellent light fastness up to almost 8 grade in all kinds of plastics. PY181 also shows outstanding heat resistance, even under a light coloring situation. It mainly used for plastics, especially in PE and extend use for paints.
1. Plastics: used for PE, PVC and high temperature plastics include PS, ABS, PC etc. It do not migrate in plasticized PVC, affords good light and weather fastness, can be used for spin dyeing and automobile interiors that the purpose to only few organic yellow pigments are suited.
2. Coatings: can be used for coatings, but would directly competitive with other large number of similarly shade pigments, especially that its color strength is weak.
